UAU Project

What is your brand's philosophy?

We want to show that 3D printing is the best way to make good design sustainable & accessible. We make all our objects to order with the PLA that can be hopefully after many years of use composted at the industrial facility.
Where do you get inspiration?
We are mostly inspired by nature and other designers like Memphis group, Alchemia or Superstudio
Tell us about yourself and your team!
(how many people are on the team, how does that breakdown by race and gender, what is the base pay, what benefits are offered, and anything else you'd like to include)?
We are Justyna Fałdzińska & Miłosz Dąbrowski, graduates from Industrial Design Faculty on Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. We work and live together. We are the only workers of uauproject apart from 20 3d printers ;)
Where are your products designed?
All our products are designed by us in our studio in Warsaw, Poland.
What materials do you use? Where are your raw materials made? (Include as many details as possible about the factory/workshop/supplier. i.e. name, website, contact information, address, number of workers, etc.)
We use either PLA which is a thermoplastic, main from the EUmakers company, they have huge range of colors and you can check the specification on their. website which is www.eumakers.com The second material we are using is the recycled PET that we buy from Reflow, also many information at their website.
Where are your final products made?
(Include as many details as possible about the factory/workshop/supplier. i.e. name, website, contact information, address, number of workers, etc.)
All our products are made by us in our studio. We make everything to order that's why we don't stock any items.
What certifications do you have, if any?
We don't have any.
What are you most proud of as a brand?
We are proud that we stick to our vision. It was hard at the beginning to be an independent designer, we had ups and downs but we mange to overcome all the difficulties. Now we do what we love apart from paper work.
What is your vision for the fashion/homeware/art industry in the future?
It will be colorful! And big part of it in metavarse.
